It can always happen that the delivered goods do not fit properly. Of course we exchange the goods you have bought.

As well as your statutory cancellation rights, you can exchange most products from the FelinaShop within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The deadline to exchange your products expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item. Please make sure that any attached labels are not removed and the items are not soiled or washed. The exchange goods should be sent together with the form and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) in an original packaging. The date of shipping means the return date.

The contractually granted and voluntary exchange guarantee leaves your legal rights and claims unaffected. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.

Cost of exchange
For exchange goods, you pay for the return regardless of the value of the goods.

For exchanges, you should use a EXCHANGE FORM, the returned items should be sent to the below address:
